Week of January 23 Craft

Even though there is very little snow outside, our theme this week is polar animals.  For our craft, we are using watercolor paint, cotton balls and channeling our inner artiste!

Week of January 16 Craft

Our craft this week revolves around Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.  Dr. King wanted everyone to learn to get along with each other.  With that in mind, this week we are making our friendship hat.  Our hats list all the ways we can be a good friend, no matter what color we are!  Again, for privacy reasons, Elmo and Big Bird are our models.

Week of January 9 Craft

Even though there is no snow on the ground (thank goodness!), our craft this week centers on snow.  We are making these adorable snowmen out of fondant, so they are not only cute but delicious!

Week of January 2 Craft

The New Year brought a new craft and what better way to celebrate than a "Happy New Year" visor.  All the kids look so cute, but for privacy reasons, Pooh will model our craft this week.  Happy New Year!

Week of December 19 craft

This week we made gingerbread men (and women) ornaments.  The children decorated them with different items and we finished them off with some spray glitter.  In crafting, there is always room for more glitter!

Week of December 12 craft

Each week we have a craft that the children can do.  This week, our little friends had a wonderful time making these adorable gingerbread houses.  Although, we do think that more candy ended up in their little mouths than on their houses!
